  Placed a lunch order for my staff $50 and it never arrived. No way to call local location to check on status- numbers goes to national answering tree which directs you to website. Food never arrived, never got refund. Order was placed thru company website as preferred. Never order delivery from here always go in person.

  The staff here is amazing!! They are super energetic and welcoming the second I walk in the door. I love coming here for a quick lunch. Leah was especially great with helping me pick out different bowl options, great staff and atmosphere!

  Bella & Toni were such kind and hospitable individuals. I travel all over the country, pretty frequently, and this is the best CAVA I have been to. The company is super fortunate to have these two workers. I might try to poach them to a restaurant though. As a CAVA shareholder, I am very pleased to witness excellence in the customer service department. Kudos

  I was having a hard week this week and I decided to treat myself to Cava with some friends to lighten my mood. Not only was the food delicious here the service was amazing. A young kid helped me. His name was Samuel and he was very polite and friendly. I was very happy with his service, confidence, integrity and sincerity. It isn’t often we meet people in the service industry with such integrity and sincerity. Thank you Samuel for making our experience at Cava such a lovely one considering the week I had.

  I came in at 7:25pm on a Friday, and they were already sold out of steak. I’ve come to this location many times, and they are almost always out of steak or braised lamb. Normally I make do with whatever they have left, but after spending several minutes waiting in line, I was frustrated enough that I chose to purchase dinner elsewhere. If this location cannot resolve its inventory issues, the least they could do is post a sign on the door next time.
