I seriously can’t say enough good things about Boulder Pho. I order coffee for my team from them 3–4 times a week through DoorDash, so even though I haven’t actually stepped inside the restaurant, they’ve still managed to make me feel like a regular and that says a lot. Recently, I had a mix-up where my Dasher delivered the wrong order. DoorDash fixed it and sent a replacement, but what Boulder Pho did next is what really stood out. They included a $20 gift card in the new order. Totally unexpected and honestly just an incredible gesture. I work in the restaurant industry, and I’m constantly coaching my team on hospitality, going above and beyond, creating memorable moments, and taking care of guests, especially your regulars. Boulder Pho absolutely nailed that. They didn’t have to do that, but they chose to, and it made a lasting impression. The fact that they recognized my name and showed that level of care, even through a third-party delivery app, speaks volumes about how they operate. That’s real hospitality.
Safe to say they’ve earned a customer for life
