I've tried many times to eat here. The food is flavorless and boring.
In tonights meal, tried the breakfast burrito. The green chili sauce was "meh", the breakfast potatoes tasted like boring pototoes, the rest of it just tasted like egg. No cheese, no spice.
Just boring. 24/7 in Monarch is way better.

Place is cute and all, but service sucked, and food was not good for the most part. The menu says they can split the check 3 ways, but the waitress told us she couldn't split our check after we had started ordering. There's an automatic 20%, which would be fine by me if we had received good service, but not a single drink was refilled, not even water, and she couldn't even bother mixing the strawb puree and the lemonade together. I'm a server myself, so I try to be understanding, but there was no excuse for not giving a single refill to your table. Plates we didn't like: mac n cheese, chicken picatta (no flavor, just chicken pasta pepper and lemon), nachos (just a bunch of tortilla and cheese with 5 little cut up pieces of chicken), the wrap had chicken in one half and not in the other, the burger and sandwich were served cold . The tenders, cobb salad, and wings were okay at most. Quesadillas were good. I would not dine here when you have so many options at the different hotels in the area.

Microwaved country fried steak and a breakfast "skillet" that's actually just gravy soup. Weird that a nice casino has such garbage food for $20 a plate. Obvious room for improvement here.

First, it took a long time for us to get a table due to the hostess handling other people ordering food to-go. Second, our server, Rahul, wasn't very attentive. Took a minimum of 30 mins to take our order/drinks and another 45 mins to get the food, didn't get refills unless we flagged him down, and forgot to correct issues with our order when brought to his attention. On to the food, I had the chicken fried steak. Everything was barely above room temperature except for the mashed potatoes which were ice cold. After waiting 15ish minutes for new mashed potatoes, the rest of my food got cold and wasn't enjoyable.

I have worked in the food industry and owned my own food service restaurants; by far, this takes the cake as the worst service and food in Colorado. I get better service from Denny's. What do you have to do to get service in this restaurant? I waited an hr for someone to take my drink order. Another half an hr to take my food order. Servers to my left and right are talking amongst each other acting like they have no one to serve. Some were even on their phones which is very rude considering I'm paying more money not only to have food but also to enjoy cooked food. BEWARE OF THE FOOD!!! It's undercooked and sadly, I wouldn't even give this food to my neighbor dog for fear the poor dog would get sick. Close the restaurant for one day and train your cooks what is standard cooking temperatures before someone truly sues you.
