  The bar tender is such a doll. Service at The Taco Man was amazing. I’m here from Idaho, but originally from Colorado -and what a fabulous place!! Super great little tacoria. & def grab a spicy margarita. :)

  You guys must be trying to go out of business with those prices. If I were to get a steak taco add cheese and green chili it would come out to $9.50/taco. Almost $10 for ONE TACO. That is ridiculous. That’s 200 pesos a taco. NO OTHER MEXICAN RESTAURANT WOULD CHARGE LIKE THIS.

  This place is a hidden gem in Berthoud — you’d never know how great it is from the outside. The tacos are outstanding and larger than most street tacos, which was a great surprise. The al pastor had the perfect balance of sweet and spicy, and the steak taco was full of bold flavor with generous cuts of steak. I’m glad I don’t live too close, because this would easily become a regular stop for me.

  I would rate this place higher because the one time it was actually open in the morning I got a really good breakfast burrito for a decent price. I almost gave them 1 star because i literally had to fully operate a point of sales system to put my order in. There was only one employee and they did not take my order or put it in I had to do that like I was the one who worked there. But like I says the burrito was good for a good price so I have tried to get another one but my last three stops there the taco man was closed! It says they open online at 7am I have shown up at 8:30-9 am and the last three days it’s just not open. Either post current and correct hours online or simply be open when you say you are.

  Honestly this was an awesome place. The prices were a little on the expensive side, but the portions and taste were definitely worth it. If you're a fan of a large street style taco that's simple, but tastes just as good as it looks and a quesadilla that you have to go through a cheese pull to separate the pieces, this is the place for you. The horchata was also delicious and had plenty of cinnamon in it. 10/10, will be back soon
