  I went to subway with my boyfriend and we told them to surprise us with the things on the sub of the week and they did fantastic and it tasted great. The guy also helped us make sure we had the best deal possible with our order. Thank you and keep it up!!

  This is the most poorly run Subway ever. It's been through a few management changes and only gets worse. My daughter is in town from Ohio and we ordered on line. When she picked up this simple order, they didn't have the steak for the cheese steak sandwich I ordered, and they didn't have the roast beef for another sandwich. This is unacceptable business practice. I was forgiving the first time this happened when Xcel shut power down. But there is NO excuse for this other than bad management. On top of that, the employee made no apology nor compensation. In fact said, sorry, that's not how this works I will be making sure I tell every patron in my Berthoud, Colorado not to patronize this place again.

  BEST experience at any sandwich shop (or well... Pretty much everywhere lately) I've ever had. Should've caught the employees name to give specific kudos! He was quick, polite, knowledgeable about the pricing, gave me a heads up of what products they were low on before I got too far into looking at the menu, he washed his hands immediately and for a good amount of time, the restroom and entire store was spotless, food was great! Only guy on staff at 4pm today 4/8/26. Sleeve tattoos. Thank you!

  About once a year we try this location again to see if the most recent mgmt/ownership changes have fixed anything. They haven’t. “We’re out of turkey, tuna and provolone.” How does that even happen?

  TJ was great! Provided excellent service and can make one hell of a sub!
