  DO NOT EAT HERE. I came through the drive thru and I got a number 3 with a Doritos locos taco and when I got to my house 3 min up the road and I took a bite of my taco it was cold. So I was like I’m not even gonna care abt it it’s just a taco then I grabbed my chicken quesadilla and it was cold to. I ate some of it before deciding to call the store I called and i spoke with a young lady who was very friendly her manager was saying things in Spanish cause I could hear them at first they said the could remake my food. When I said at this point I would just like a refund the girl got very hostile and said a refund and then proceeded to speak Spanish agian very unprofessional the manager then proceeded to tell her that he’s not going to do a refund and I can come in tomorrow and speak with there main manager I am very upset with this as someone who works fast food THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT when a customer calls and complains about 1 item being cold we give them a full refund if requested. Very unprofessional on the managers end and I will be taking this to hr. The name on the receipt was Miguel. All because he didn’t want a refund posted on his shift

  I never complain or leave reviews, and I understand what it’s like working fast food after doing for 3 years in high school and college. I know it can be rough, but purposefully trying to annoy or “rage bait” a customer is insane. I had a mobile order, and went through the mobile order lane. No problems until I got to the window. The guy working the window starts to hand me my drink, then PULLS it away from me. He says “order for Henry” as he leans towards me again, I confirm, then he pulls its away AGAIN. I confirm again that that is the name on the order, and he smirks and says “are you sure?” I confirm again, and he says “I don’t believe you.” During this whole verbal exchange, he keeps moving the drink towards me, and then pulling it away. He did it probably 5 or 6 times before I finally fully put my hand on it and he let go. This was maybe 10 or 15 seconds of me awkwardly trying to be nice while trying to grab my drink. My food came out right after and there was no problem with it. Enjoyed it just fine. That kind of behavior from any one at the age of being able to work, WHILE serving customers, is honestly crazy. Between 8:45 and 9:00 pm on 2/5/26.

  I wandered into this Taco Bell restaurant around 10:30 AM not knowing what to order as it's been years since I have eaten at a Taco Bell. Focusing on the overhead menu, I didn't even notice that they had order kiosks. I was the only customer and the lovely employee took my order at the cash register counter. I ordered a Breakfast Crunch Wrap with Bacon, a Hash Brown and a cup of hot Cinnabon Delight Coffee. My order was ready in about a minute and the counter employee was friendly. I ate my meal in the restaurant - I was the only customer eating in. My food was fine. The place is very clean. The atmosphere was improved by the notes of Latin/Spanish music drifting out of the kitchen. Very nice! Although I forgot to take photos of my meal, I did snap a few shots of the interior of the restaurant. I probably won't make a habit of eating at Taco Bell frequently, but this experience was fine.
