  It’s been a while since I last visited a subway. I used to be a huge fan of them. After this experience, I’m definitely coming back to this particular subway station. The young lady who worked there provided exceptional service.

  I’ve given this location multiple chances, but I’m honestly disappointed. This is the third time my order has been made incorrectly, and for $13–$15 per sandwich, I expect basic accuracy and consistency, since I’ve only ordered online about 4 times! On more than one occasion, the sandwich was not toasted as requested, ingredients were missing (like lettuce or spinach), and random items such as pickles were added without being asked for. It feels careless, especially when the order is straightforward. I understand mistakes happen, but repeated errors make it hard to justify coming back, even especially at these prices. I’d really appreciate more attention to detail and better quality control moving forward. Unfortunately, based on my recent experiences, I doubt I’ll return.

  I placed an order for pickup because my husband is sick and I'm in school so I was looking for something quick and easy. I asked for extra veggies and protein with light sauce. I received the opposite. This is twice now. I know people have off days so I usually give them a second chance but I'm done eating here for a while. When I walked in no one said a word. Usually they're very friendly and say hi. I just got watched while I grabbed my to go order and filled my drink. It was uncomfortable. I provided a picture of my sandwich in case there's any question.
