    We placed a mobile order on Monday 04/20/2026…at the drive thru to pickup food, there was yelling in the background (very unprofessional) get home with our food, the chicken strips and fries are burnt (not eatable), did not get any condiments as requested in our order. We ordered a Strawberry Passionfruit drink and it had NO flavor, it was like ice water. There were 3 young kids inside and definitely do not know their jobs. Very disappointing worst visit I have ever had at Sonic.

    The service was absolutely terrible in addition to not getting my order right when I brought it up I was met with addittue. I ordered a cherry limeade was initially given a slushy the girl I the drive through then gave me a small limeade. I also ordered cheese sticks and was given fries. When I brought this up she essentially threw a copy of my receipt at me and said she did charge me for them. After leaving with my small drink and fries I noticed I was charged for medium.

    We get good service but the food has been bad in multiple occasions. I ordered chicken strips and it was raw and made me sick. We ordered another time and the tater tots, mozzarella sticks, and hamburger were not warm. There’s a lady there that does great every time but if she’s not there it’s bad.

    I'm over this sonic In Bennett. Iv let a lot of orders that have been wrong or messed up go. But this time was the worst. First let's talk about the false advertisement of the breakfast burritos. The photos look like the eggs are fluffy the bacons cut up inside it looks very delicious and it looks full. What a joke I got. It was a large tortilla with maybe a half a scrambled egg and one piece of bacon and it was wrapped up in all tortilla. I thought it was mistake, I'm like there's no way I must have gotten the junior one. I returned and asked the kid if it was wrong and he showed me the size of the tortillas. And he said no you got what you paid for if you want extra filling you have to pay for it. That's ridiculous it's not a breakfast burrito it was nothing but tortilla. So I asked for a refund, The kid said we don't do refunds. And I said I'm not paying for extra filling when I already paid almost $5 for breakfast burrito and there's nothing inside of it. I paid extra for cherries and if my drink doesn't have the cherries then I want my money back. Simple as that. if I'm paying for a product I expect the product. So my entire order was not worth $25. And I'm sick and tired of giving my money to the Sonic location in Bennett that should just shut down. And they're going to learn a hard lesson that restaurants don't last in a small town when you rip off the community. I've lived here for 30 years, trust me I've seen companies come and go. And this is one company that should shut down and let somebody else come in. I'm absolutely sick and tired of every time I ask the staff a question their answers I don't know. I understand these are kids and this is likely their first job but this is management's failure. There needs to be an adult on site at all times that can speak English and can answer questions and solve basic problems.
