  Completely screwed up simple online order. Got different sandwich which I did not want. Very frustrating.

  They have forgotten some of my food the last few times. And the last time I watched her hand it to him and say it was ready. I called back and spoke to her and she tried to blame him then she tried to blame the AI on the speaker, when I ordered on the mobile app. It’s getting frustrating

  Oh how far we’ve fallen from the days of Dave Thomas. At this restaurant there were at least 8 people behind the counter or in the kitchen. We stood waiting at the counter for food 3 minutes as employees pulled online orders off the printer and did not even acknowledge our presence. When we asked if any one was available to take our order we were directed to the Kiosk when the employees could not be bothered to sign in to a register. The tables and counters were all Filthy and no one even glanced at the dining room. It would seem that this location prioritizes DoorDash and other delivery orders over guests who actually walk in th door. I know where I will not be going back to in the future.

  Very well run. The lady manager does a fantastic job all the tables are clean the restrooms are clean the food is delicious

  The food is usually pretty good, but the fries are almost always lukewarm. Did Wendy's switch to shredded lettuce for their burgers, or is it just this location? Shredded lettuce is probably cheaper, but it's not a good replacement for a lettuce leaf. Does corporate know?
