  Incredibly disappointed. Tried to place a mobile order through the app (Easter Sunday, around 3pm) and the app crashed mid-payment. I called this store to see if the order went through on their end, so that if it had, I could get my food - just in case! I don't know how this stuff works, you know? Well, the employee who answered listened to my explanation, said nothing, and then hung up on me. When I tried to call back to get help, the phone was either left off the hook (I got a 'USER BUSY' message) or ignored until it prompted me for a 'remote access code'. They, quite literally, blatantly ignored me and made it IMPOSSIBLE for me to reach them when all I had was a simple yes-or-no question. I work in food service myself. I understand being busy and not having the time to troubleshoot with a customer. Even still, hanging up on a customer who just lost their money and is only looking for clarification is plain unprofessional and cruel. This location doesn't care about you or your money. Avoid them.

  Avoid this location, the one on Quincy is worth the drive. This one seems to delight in seeing how badly they can mess up orders, make food and even the service is bad.

  Que malo es el servicio aquí no prestan atención las empleadas son groseras y más si los empleadas se la pasan en el celular haciendo live se les vio en ves de atender malo más manipulando alimentos y con manejo de celulares pésimo servicio
