Service is typically phenomenal, but I think the waitress was new and she didn't check on our drinks and took a very long time to take the all you can eat orders.
Solid all you can eat sushi option. Been here 4 or 5 times, and some of the regular rolls aren't great, but I think all of the special rolls have been quite tasty - Star Wars has been my favorite so far, but Red Rock, Volcano, My Girlfriend, and My Boyfriend were very good as well. The Alaska and Negihama were pretty flavorless though, wouldn't recommend. Veggie Tempura is good, Gyoza is decent, and one of my friends loves the Miso Soup. No problems with the service, but I wish they would tell you which roll is which. Love the My Neighbor Totoro theme, lots of cool murals. They also have a little timer game on the counter where if you hit the button at the exact 10 second mark, you can win a free meal, which is pretty fun. I'll probably go back again next time I'm in the area.

First time trying this place, & I must say I'm disappointed.
Food was so-so. The rice was hard. The sushi roll was average. The shrimp, & avocado kept falling off. Gyoza was a bit overcooked. The only thing that was good was the mushroom ball.
The standing menu was dirty. The server didn't give us enough napkins, & chopsticks for everyone. We had to grab them from other tables.
One server placed buffet dishes on our side of the table, which we didn't order. Instead of doing his job to take the dishes back, & take it to the other table himself, he just had us take to it to the other table for him. We should not have been required to do that, we are guests, & that was his job to do that.
Everyone at the table got their food in a timely manner, but there was one person who's food took FOREVER to get. His food finally came out when mostly we were already finished eating. Then, my other friend just wanted dessert, but didn't get her original dessert, & had to order something else a whole hour later.
Then, parties of 6, & more, 20% tipping is already included in the price. That would have been nice to know before we ordered, & have it listed on the menu, but they only had it listed at the cash register in the front.
Money, & service was NOT worth it.
Do not come here @ all.
This place used to be a great sushi spot, but unfortunately it has declined significantly.
The food quality has noticeably dropped and is nowhere near what it was just a few months ago. On top of that, the overall cleanliness has become a concern—the kitchen area appeared dirty, and the dining space, including chairs and tables, was not well maintained like before.
The atmosphere also felt very unprofessional. There were children walking around as if it were a living room, and a middle-aged woman—unclear whether she was staff or a guest—was moving around in casual home clothes. It gave the impression of a disorganized, informal environment rather than a proper restaurant.
Overall, it’s disappointing to see how much this place has changed in such a short time.

I’ve been coming to Totoro for over 5 years now and I would make the 30 min drive to treat myself to some delicious all you can eat. This time, that drive was an absolute waste of time and gas.
From my understanding they are under new management which explains the change is food quality, speed of service, and quality of service. We came early in the afternoon on a Friday and were one of a handful of tables present yet somehow it took over 1 hour to get our food (which the portion sizes were 1/4 of the original) then another 30 to place our second order by then we were so fed up we wanted to leave but we had to wait another 30-45 min to get the check. The person whom I presume is the new manager blatantly ignored us when we tried to get her attention multiple times. We walked out hungrier than when we came in and walking out of AYCE sushi hungry is unheard of, until now.
RIP Totoro :(
