- MOMarisa O'TooleJan 11, 20251.0Made the mistake of ordering online. No area designated for online pickup. I had no choice but to wait in line. There were 3 people in front of me when I got there. One employee working, at the speed of a snail. When it was finally my turn 20 minutes later, he told me they were out of the meat on the sandwich I ordered. So I had to pick something else. He then asked me what type of bread, toppings, etc. I told him it was all on the receipt. He still continued asking me what toppings I wanted. Why even place an online order when I have to stand in line and tell them what I want anyways? Also...looks like they're out of almost every soda in the soda fountain. I heard someone getting a drink say there was dirt in the ice. I won't be going back to that location. The worst.

I’ve worked in the service industry for a very long time and Raymond is someone I’d want to have on my team helping run my business. If you’re going to choose a subway for great service, choose this one. Thanks again Raymond, you’re going to go amazing places!
