    On Sunday, April 13th, 2025, I arrived at the Smoky Hill Subway location approximately an hour before closing. Both employees were having a conversation in the lobby and neither greeted me upon entry. Instead, I was met with, “We aren’t taking any orders right now.” This is unacceptable customer service. If you plan to stop serving guests early, at the very least turn off the “Open” sign and communicate more respectfully. Disappointing experience.
