  I come here often, and most of the staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there’s one employee (working the night of April 27th) who is consistently rude and difficult to deal with. Communication with him is poor in both English and Spanish, and he often seems unwilling to help. I’ve also witnessed him being rude to other customers. Customer service is a big part of this job, and this kind of behavior really stands out compared to the rest of the team. I always make an effort to be polite, so this has been disappointing.

  OMG where do I start. Was here at the Subway 3/29/26 around 2:00pm and the guy was so rude…I asked for extra Mayo on my sandwich and he grabs the Mayo and put just a little on my sandwich then sighed and asked if it was enough I said can I have a little more and he ignored me and started wrapping my sandwich up. I then asked him for a bottled Lipton tea and he asked me if I said Pepsi I said no I asked for tea and he proceeded to shush me and then handed me a Pepsi anyway. If you hate your job that badly then quit. Not to mention the dining area was disgusting. Never eating here again spend your money elsewhere.
