    Second time I placed an online order and my sub wasn’t toasted. Cold to the touch and chewy.. Not sure if the oven is broke but I don’t think I’m going to this subway anymore. Refund would be cool for at least one of my orders. Employees were super nice and friendly! I genuinely don’t want anyone losing hours or getting fired. I just want my food prepared properly.

    Staff is highly rude, not willing to work with customers, and borderline racism going on. They don’t let you redeem your physical coupons and they refuse refunds. They have you waiting while they do online orders first even if you’re standing in line. Will love to know who is running this so I can report to Dora.

    I had an email stating I could get a footlong sub for $6.99. I went in ordered it They made it and then when I go to pay and show them my email they refuse to accept it. They said I had to use the app. Nowhere in my email says I needed to use the app. The horrible person at the register said it had a code in the app. My email had a code. She refused to input the code stating that she just couldn't do that I needed the app. I have never had that issue before. She was horrible and condescending and refused the price I was given and expected me to pay $14 instead. She didn't honor the email and I said that was why I came in and wasn't going to pay $14 for a sandwich. She took the sandwich and threw it on the counter behind her. I left and will never be going back. I haven't had great service here before but it was always tolerable. This was not tolerable and I would tell everybody I know to go to another sandwich shop. I am done with Subway. Wish so many of them hadn't closed But if they had people like this working for those stores I can understand why.

    I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!! Ever since the Sub Crunch promotion came out, I’ve been ordering the same sub. It’s essentially identical to the “Cheesy Garlic” sub — I simply add lettuce, pickles, and spinach. I’ve ordered it this way multiple times at this location without any issues. Today, however, the employee making my sub told me he couldn’t prepare it that way. He said that at this location, those additions are only allowed on specialty subs. I explained that I had ordered the exact same sub just two days ago (and many times before) without any problem. He responded that this was what the manager had instructed. I’ve never been told this before, and my sub has always been made the same way since the Sub Crunch promotion began. Because of this experience, I decided not to complete my order — I had planned to purchase two large drinks, two chips, and cookies as well. I would appreciate clarification on whether this is an actual policy. If so, it would be helpful for all employees to be consistently trained so customers receive clear and consistent information. I would like this situation resolved.
