  This Sonic Drive-In location has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I placed a mobile order after 10pm and checked in through the app, which showed my order was received. There was no clear indication that it was drive-thru only, so I waited in a stall like normal. While I was sitting there for about 10 minutes, an employee literally saw me parked and still didn’t say anything. Meanwhile, another couple sitting outside got their food with no issue. Only after I pressed the button did someone finally tell me it was drive-thru only. By the time I got to the window, my slush was completely melted from sitting there the entire time. I politely asked if it could be remade, and the employee refused, saying it would be a “waste.” It’s literally a drink, not a full meal. Refusing to remake something that was ruined because of your own lack of communication is just poor customer service. Instead of fixing a simple issue, they chose to argue over something that would have taken seconds to resolve. If this is how customers are treated, I definitely won’t be coming back. Quit your job if you hate it so much.

  I saw that sonic has rewards and decided to start going more frequently but I will never visit this location again, I order the ultimate meat and cheese burrito and they gave me the tiniest burrito I've ever seen. I thought it was a jr burrito because of how small it was and when I let them know they said it is the right burrito. I won't be coming back here if the portion sizes are going to be miniscule and the prices are going to be high.

  Screwed- ordered a delivery through the app, driver submitted code and picked up order, order incorrect - driver acknowledged incorrect order but did nothing -called restaurant the next day, no answer - you roll the dice when you get a delivery from this place -

  Charged me 43 dollars for 2 sonic blasts...... Hoping this manager does something about this :(
