  Came into get some grub and there was only one guy working. He was working his butt off and I just wanted to say what a good job he was doing. He really managed to do it all and still find time to help me. Thanks again!

  I placed an online order about a week ago and the total of the order was $29.15, I had tried using a $25 visa gift card that I had towards part of the total, but it said it was not able to process payment. I then just paid the full $29.15 on my credit card. After I submitted the order I had received a message that the gift card had went through for the $25 plus they also charged me the full $29.15 on my credit card as well. I then told them when I went in and was told I needed to call a different number since it was online order. When I called the guy on the phone said there was nothing he could do for me and I needed to speak to the manager of the store. I then called the location number and no answer multiple times so called back the other number once more and was transferred 3 times, then was put on hold for 30 minutes and hung up. I finally the next day drove there after work and asked to speak with a manager, the girl went and grabbed the manager and I told him the situation and he said, “oh well I can’t do nothing about refunding your gift for the $25.” And said, “Well if you can not refund the gift card why don’t you refund $25 on my credit card because that is what I am owed. He then said he would do that and that I would not get my payment back for 7-10 business days and then walked away and started helping someone else. I stood there waiting for a receipt and he came back and said so are you going to order again today and I was like no do I get a receipt or anything and he said, “No and like I said you won’t get your refund for 7-10 business days.” I finally got my refund and was only refunded $4.15 instead of $25. Honestly very done with dealing with them and nobody that works there has any respect, customer service skills or know what they are doing there.

  Due to the power outage yesterday I wasn’t able to get my order. I showed up to pick up my food and that’s when the outage happened. The guy there told me he was gonna return all orders and money back. I tried to call today just to confirm about the outage but the phone rang but no one answered me all day today ! Not sure what to do !

  Does this look like a large 2 topping pizza and 10.99 wings and a liter of starry. No it does not. I waited over an hour to be delivered this for 3 people I paid $35.93. I had to drive to the location for a solution and I was approached by some kid with a dirty coat justifies the order, im not sure who is running this store but there needs to be some changes. You can start buy refunding my money! DONT BUY HERE! GROSS AND DIRTY.
