I ordered two custom pizzas off the App since there was a pretty good deal for two larges. After they were delivered I realized that one was a just plain cheese. I wasn't sure where the error occurred but I called the store anyways. I spoke with Michael who was very polite and understanding. He said that he would have the correct pizza sent out to us as soon as possible. Nowadays good customer service and professionalism is hard to come by. Michael definitely understood the importance of a happy customer! Thank you!! To Michael's Manager...he deserves a raise :)

I got a 1 topping sausage pizza and had it delivered from door dash. Door dash had a 40% off coupon. All together it was $15. Definitely worth it. My 1 complaint is that they didnt cut the pizza through all the way.

It's not worth the 40 bucks I just spent. I could have gotten better value at Little Caesars than this shit.

- AGAndrew GorballDec 21, 20251.0Poorly run organization, they barely pay their drivers so they don’t have any, they use DoorDash to deliver pizza which nobody wants at all, my order was canceled because no one would bring it to me, if Papa John’s wasn’t worried about shareholder value and actually focused on delivering quality service and decent working standards the company wouldn’t be in the dumper.
