Was told at the counter it would be another 15 minutes, and that the call center that takes orders just guesses at the time. Ended up cancelling. Not acceptable. This 1 star review is only on the service, not on the food quality.

The next day I was able to speak to someone. Although they refunded PART of my order I still wasnt happy with the service or the outcome.
