Today specifically, there was no one at the front to help me or another guest so I had to figure out the kiosk. Additionally, when I had first tried going through the drive through, there was a line that wasn’t moving because they were making someone wait so they could change out the menu. At 11 in the afternoon!! Why didn’t they do this earlier when they all got here instead of when it’s the busiest!! I am genuinely disappointed and am seriously considering never coming back to this location or maybe even Panera bread as a whole. I will be telling everyone I know to stay away from this place.
