  Delivery driver Geoffrey put my food down at some random building instead of my apartment. Never answered my calls and never reached out. Just randomly sat my food down and left. Absolutely worthless. A waste of my time and money. The store didn't answer either despite my calling them repeatedly. What kind of service is this?

  The staff at this cafe need a bit more education on why - for many people ordering a sugar free drink - they cannot substitute beverages with full sugar (over 100% of daily recommended intake for sugar) beverages. I placed a delivery order including an herbal tea that is not sweetened (pomegranate hibiscus tea) and was delivered full sugar brisk iced tea instead. I would’ve hoped to be able to get in contact with the cafe via phone call and refrain from leaving a review, but as someone who medically cannot have this much sugar it is very disheartening to know how little care the staff at this cafe has to even just communicate with the customer about a replacement they can actually consume. I’m not interested in refunds, this has already been solved through the third party app. I’m interested in no future customers having this issue again. Also, I wouldn’t have had to resort to a Google review if the cafe had answered my phone calls… I’ve included a photo as well to corroborate this story. If I had been even just messaged on the third party app about a reasonable replacement, this would not be an issue.

  I’ve only come here a few times and every time I do, it’s always an issue. The workers are always rude, the kitchen is always dirty and it’s to the point where every time I come here I have to complain so it’s no point of me spending my money here anymore I’ll just go to a better location.
