  They have forgotten something in my bag 4 out of the last 5 times. I don't want to check every item for 6 people so I drive off. And the app doesn't do refunds for missing items. I come for my kids but I'm about to stop.

  Place is terrible, must be under new management because this used to be a good place to go, now you can't get customer service here to save your life. Half of my order was missing, and somehow they couldn't pull it up in their system after not receiving a receipt from the first window. Would not give me my missing items without a hassle, and then to spit in my face they gave me a kids fry instead of the Medium fry that I ordered and payed for. Whoever the manager is now needs to have a serious talking to or fired. Absolutely terrible and I will never return to this McDonald's, after living here for 4 years ive never seen it get this bad here. Worst experience ive had at any fast food. And to top it all off, our hot and spicys taste like they were made this morning, a hockey puck. Didnt even want to begin to try and ask for a full remake of the order. The staff here will belittle you and make you feel like you're the stupid one. Absolutely irritated and ashamed at this new management.

  Just had a horrible experience with this McDonalds. They literally missed half of our order and my boyfriend brought it home. Realized it was half way missing and drove all the way back just to be interrogated to get the other half of our food. The food we were given was cold and stale. Oh and the lady would only give us a small fry even though we ordered and payed for a medium. The manager om duty needs to be fired. Terrible.

  Can't believe on spring break the playland was closed at lunch time worst McDonald's I've ever been to ordered ice-cream cones melted when they served them to us at the restaurant food was fair I will not waste my time bring my grandkids back they were so disappointed that they couldn't play
