  Was there at 130pm to get some lunch for my family. Ordered a hot and spicy with cheese.and i got a burger with only buns. Went in and told them real nicely "hello I got a hot and spicy with cheese and this is what i got." Manager rudely grabs it and read the paper on it where it says no patty rudely to me. And I said yes I see that don't kniw where the miscommunication was its okay could you just fix it. Like why would I order a burger with only buns haha. She goes and starts speaking Spanish talking crap to the workers about me. And so I respond in Spanish so she knows I know Spanish. Then took her a few minutes to make me the hot and spicy with cheese. Manager is rude. And obnoxious to the workers as well. Just in those 10 minutes I was in there I was like what the heck!!!

  Absolute worst location in Aurora. Every time I visit they make me park and wait for 10-15 minutes for 2 items off the value menu and EVERY time my food is cold and half the time special requests are ignored. The kids that work the drive thru are the rudest and lack very basic customer service skills. The Kid that's always in the First window taking orders always has such an attitude when talking to customers. Spend the extra 5 minutes and drive to a different location

  Gave me old chicken nuggets but made me wait for a fresh burger where does that make any sense.

  I tipped them cause of how outgoing the drive thru person was but when I got my food they didn’t put pickles(which is the only topping) in the sandwich and they burnt the heck outta the chicken👎 lowkey just want my tip back because of how crappy the food was made
