  I ordered food for my whole family tonight, and when it came to getting it my meal was missing entirely. When I went in to the building itself to order, noone was waiting at the counter and there was a line so I had to use the kiosk. Once I paid, there was NO receipt that printed out so the employees were playing guessing games and dismissing me completely until I called for the order. Completely unprofessional. Not ordering from this McDonald's again.

  Today, Wednesday at 11:45 a.m., I went to the counter to place an order, and a female employee wearing a headset (with a ponytail) told me to wait five minutes. When I asked her to add some hot water because the coffee was too bitter, she said I had to pay for the water as well. When I asked again, she dumped the coffee, sent someone else over, and claimed she couldn’t speak English—then only gave me a cup of hot water. From start to finish, she was unfriendly, rude, and deliberately pretended not to understand English even though she clearly did. I visit this café about 4–5 times a week, and I’ve had this kind of unpleasant experience multiple times. This behavior is completely unacceptable.
