  I ordered at the kiosk but was paying cash so I paid for my food at the counter, got my receipt and waited 15 min. Finally I stopped an employee and asked if my order was coming. He looked at the receipt and said the order wasn’t there. He then said the receipt wasn’t valid or something. I was like, what do you mean? I paid cash and it shows I ordered it 20 minutes ago. Reluctantly he went back to the kitchen and like 4 min later he had my food. It literally took around 30 minutes to get my food and I didn’t get an apology or coupon or anything to make up for their mistake. Luckily that has only happened once but there was another time I saw them give my food to someone else and I had to tell them and they had to redo it for me. That time it only took around 10 minutes for the food but it wasn’t as bad as before. Luckily out of the 30x or so I’ve been there it’s only been those 2 times I had problems with my food and order. In general though the staff can be kinda rude just ignoring people in line and not apologizing when they mess up your order or make a mistake. The staff definitely could be trained to be more professional and not just ignore people waiting 5 min in line with multiple workers walking by and nobody saying anything like they will be right with you or sorry for the wait. A little courtesy and professionalism goes a long ways with how people view a company.
