  People do not have to like there job but the people that just need service shouldn't suffer I literally was trying to get someone's attention at one of the windows cause I do not have a vehicle and before I ordered anything I wanted to make sure they would not be stupid and refuse me service they watched me knock and literally looked at window without answering coming from a city where there is a 24-7 walk up window to a city where everyone has an attitude or rude is wild do better.

  They just all stand by and stare at you.. only one to help was a manager in the Grey shirt and braids. Even the lady in the white button up shirt was no help

  Horrible customer service Jonathan the manager id suppose was acting really not rude but so unprofessional. I ordered snack wraps and they came cold, I told the manager and he said “there supposed to be cold” like bro what the hell?

  Want to thank these guys for treating my dad so kindly in the last weeks of his life. Dont know who to thank specifically (young, black lady) but he'd tell me that he'd usually walk inside after having some frustrating experiences with the app. Whomever was working would usually just give him what he wanted, no questions, no hassle. It was his little ritual before dialysis. I'm aware this is all corny, but the guy liked McDonalds, and I think about the last weeks of his life a lot. Thanks for treating my dad with respect.

  The experience was horrible it took them 30 minutes for one large fries and 3 cheese burgers their staff is rude the food is cold no salt on fries and my burger didn’t even have cheese.
