  The girl that was in the second window Amber, she was so rude, she give me the wrong order and when I ask her for the Huntrix photocards she didn’t say anything she just tell me that I paid for the regular meal but I didn’t I just paid the Huntrix meal,m with the photocards, the sauce and one cheeseburger no pickles and she give me 10 pieces of nuggets, with no photocards no sauce, she was rude to, her face I think she was mad IDK she looks like she hates her job, the other guy was kind he give me my photocards and help me with that situation

  I would say the food is good. I’ll give them that. But their service has gone downhill since the last time I came. Rude employees, no longer taking food to tables even though we asked for here, and overall it was kind of unpleasant.

  Theres no horrible service, if it would i will choose that one, i asked for two drinks and i only got one i ask the window girl for it she said i cant give you the drink, i asked her to charge me for it, since the guy that took my order didnt listen, she said rude i cant charge you for a drink, i asked for the manager (Maria)she said its her she was behind her, she said i cant charge you for a drink i said i ordered 2 drinks its not my fault your guy didnt took the order right, she said rolling her eyes at me its not my fault eighter iam very busy, i was the only custumer by drivethru, if they dont like custumer service PLEASE dont hire them, iam not asking for free food, and if i go here because my kids love mcdonals, but your emplyees are all with bad attitude, especially the manager, she is the one that has to care about customers and shes the one making people feel bad. Shes not good for being a manager

  The manager along with the supervisor are very rude, I asked questions and they just gave me bad looks and walked away without even saying anything. I also asked if they have pup cup more than five times and he didn't even answer and for the last time he just said what and "no we don't have it" and turned away again without a good explanation. They don't smile and they looked at me like I don't belong there. They're really quick to speak their own language to their own people but took so long for them to answer me when I was standing there more than 20 minutes. I don't really understand what they were saying in their language own language but they keep glancing back at me while talking. It's just so annoying and my little daughter asked them for the restroom code and they walked away from her. She peed her pants a little because she had to come back and asked me to talk to them😡 so I don't even wanna give a star but just onefor the food.🙄
