I keep wanting to give them a chance over the last 2 years because they are the closest one to me, but every time they make me wait for my (usually small and simple) order, my food isn’t good/right, and my order is wrong. The most recent time, I was asked to wait in “number 3” (an unmarked parking space next to 2 presumably) for 2 breakfast sandwiches and a hashbrown, and after 15 minutes of not receiving my order, I went inside where an employee seemed surprised I didn’t get my food. They put my order in and asked if I wanted anything else. I received my order, got home and it was wrong, even though they tried to fix it by throwing in an apple pie. I regularly drive 5+ more minutes out of my way to go to other McDonalds and I won’t be giving this one another chance.
