  I ordered from this location on 4/15/2026 at 11:27am, i called around 12:26pm because it still wasnt here. its already 1 and still not here. i called again at 12:53pm to cancel the order and give me my money back. the guy on the phone wanted to act like a clown and not even ask who i am to give me my money back and then tells me it will take 2-3 days still with no name. then proceeds to hang up on me. The government office i work for always orders from this place. which now they will never get my service again. i will be reporting this to my bank.

  I ordered a sandwich to be delivered to my work suite. After 45 minutes of it not showing I called and was told it was delivered to a wrong, unknown address. They offered to remake it but conveniently no longer had a driver that could drop off my sandwich so they said I could pick it up, wait for a 3rd party driver or they would issue me a refund. I chose a refund even though I was STARVING at that point but they also never issued me a refund and it's been 2 weeks. Avoid wasting your money at this location. It'll be disputed through my bank now.

  This is hands down the WORST jimmy John's ive ever been to. Literally every time I come here to pick up an online order they charge me for the order, then they don't have it. So I order in the store because they said if I didnt get a confrimation e-mail its just a pending charge, IT ALREADY CAME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!!! then they won't refund you without the e-mail. Thanks jimmy John's didn't know like to steal from your customers.
