  David is the best! I can just tell he works hard and he did a great job making my sandwich and having a great conversation while doing it. Thank you so much I will be back.

  Today April 18th 2026 around 4:00 p.m. the two people that were working at this location need to learn customer service skills. They seemed as though they we're too distracted to help us. The woman who took our order was VERY RUDE & acted like she couldn't customize our order & seemed to not want to actually make our sandwiches. On top of this the women's bathroom was DISGUSTING, the sink was full with water that did not drain. Maybe they need to quit being lazy and clean the bathrooms!

  I paid $25 for delivery of ONE sandwich combo and they didn’t provide my chips or my drink. I called back to notify of this error and there was no offer of compensation for the inconvenience of missing half my order. Unacceptable with how much I’m paying, I absolutely will never order again.

  I ordered from this store and didn't receive it! I tried to call, but it never rang nor answered! It simply just hung up after numerous attempts! It sounds like employees may be turning the phone off an hour before closing. Now I have to go through the process of disputing the charge, since there is ZERO ASSISTANCE FROM THE STORE!!! I MOST DEFINITELY WILL NOT RECOMMEND NOR ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!!! Customer service is NOT working there!!! What are you going to do to compensate me on this issue? I will wait for a response, if one ever does! One upset and angry FORMER customer!!!!!! 😡

  I called in to Cancel a mobile order due to ordering at the wrong location. Cindy was very rude and unprofessional. I'm not even certain she actually refunded my order.
