  They closed 30 minutes early. I came over here and parked and they just decided to shut off the lights and go home before their closing time.

  I loved the picklewich sandwich. I probably don’t need pickles for a few months, did the triple pickle deal. The chips are really good, and the pickle ranch too. Glad i finally got to try this limited time offering. Employees were busy, ordered on app and picked up while at the hospital. Easy to order and pickup using the app.

  Most of the time my service is good but wheni went in yesterday I feel like I got scammed. The problem that I had is I ordered my meal with a cost of $10.50. I paid using a 20 dollar bill. As the cashier was collecting my change, she looked at the girl making the sandwiches and that girl proceeded to tell me that they couldn't give me the 50 cents because they were out of change and asked me if 9 dollars would be OK. I agreed that would be OK but when I saw the cash register being closed, I noticed change in the cash register. I started to think if they do this to all their customers using cash, they have the potential to not only rip off paying customers but also rip off Jimmy John's since some individuals will not return due to feelings of mistrust. If the change really was the problem why do I have to pay the extra 50 cents? Why didn't Jimmy John's pay the extra 50 cents and give me 10 dollars back instead of 9 dollars when I should have received the correct amount of 9 dollars and 50 cents? If this happened to 75 individuals that payed with cash on this same day with a similar order and price range, that could add up to around $37.50 that Jimmy John's is making or if it is a scam, that someone else is making. After thoughtful consideration I am not OK with this and I will not be eating at Jimmy John's on this campus again. I guess if it helps the sandwich was good but not for $10.50 for a sandwich and a bag of chips.
