  The food is good, when it’s made correctly. And hopefully it is made correctly or the whole staff will treat you like garbage. I ordered a burger and got onions I did not want. I went back up to the counter to get ignored. Once I got someone’s attention and let them know, they looked at me like I spoke a language they didn’t understand. At that point a so called manager came over and started picking onions off my burger on the counter where people pay. GROSS! I asked the manager for his name, and he refused to give it to me. That’s when I demanded a refund. He told me I could leave, but would not process my refund. Finally a female came to see what was going on, and proceeded my refund with cash, but also would not give me his name and told me that was against policy! LIES! I reached out via survey, and the customer feedback hotline, more than once… to also be ignored. Never heard an apology and never got a follow up. Save your money because this place isn’t cheep, and the customer service is HORRIBLE!

  This is now the THIRD time we’ve had the same issue with this location, and it’s completely unacceptable. We’ve shown up in person with about 45 minutes left before closing, only to be told the store is “already closed.” That is not how posted business hours work. If you advertise a closing time, you are expected to serve customers until that time — not shut down early out of convenience. It gets worse. We’ve also placed orders through Uber, and they were canceled with the excuse that the store was closed — again, well before the actual closing time. This shows a clear pattern of poor management and disregard for customers. At this point, it feels like this location simply doesn’t care about honoring its own hours or providing basic service. Either fix your operations and hold staff accountable, or update your hours so customers aren’t repeatedly wasting their time. Management needs to take this seriously and address it immediately. This is not a one-time mistake — it’s a repeated failure.
