- LSLucas Sabo2 days ago1.02 times in a row the messed my order up and wont even do anything about it. I was missing a fry the first time and since I didnt want to come back cause it was a 15 minute drive they couldn't do anything for me. This time theres no bacon on my burger when the receipt says bacon burger and my fries were extremely salty to the point where I cant even eat them. I pay $60 for this shit. I love 5 guys but this location is absolutely awful.

For what I spent I could go to a sit down restaurant and on top of that the property manager makes all the businesses in the shopping center charge a Public improvement fee on all sales, I won't be coming back.

The meat was bland and had no texture. Everything (tasted like nothing) from the pickles to the sauces that we got on our burgers to the lettuce and bacon it was just a dissapointment. I will say though they were fast and efficient and the staff was friendly. Just not worth the price.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
