Our server, America, greeted us at the door and showed us to our table, and returned quickly with water for the table and complimentary chips and salsa. The chips and salsa and the house margaritas we ordered set the tone for the rest of the meal, which was excellent. America recommended the Birria Dip for my partner. I'm lucky he let me try it, because whenever I order anything that good I keep it to myself! The meat was so tender and delicious, and the dipping sauce was incredible. The sandwich came with a huge portion of my favorite style of fries (battered, or coated with starch), and they were hot and fresh. I ordered Bluefin ceviche as my meal, but I was concerned about the level of spice, so I requested the Chile de Arbol sauce on the side, which America easily accommodated. The sauce was a good mix of sweet and spicy, not too hot for me, but it does have a kick. I'm glad I got it on the side, though, because it was great with the fries. It was a wonderful first experience, and I can't wait to go back.
