    Don't go to the Wendy's at tower and Hampden. Super slow, the beans in my chili were hard like they hadn't been cooked long enough, my strawberry swirl frosty was runny and not at all like their advertisement.... very disappointed.

    This is a very conveniently located Wendy's. However, the food quality is lacking. I've never ordered from here and felt fully happy or satisfied with my food, though it satisfied my craving. It's just good enough that you'll forget you preferred something else the last time you stopped there. Is that a good thing? You'll have to be the judge.

    The young black lady in the drive thru should not be working anywhere, she gave me the wrong food and I gave it back to her and told her the right order just for her to give back the same bag with the same wrong food and saying that should be correct!! On top of that still food is wrong drink is missing, this location is all sorts of messed, expect to leave with the wrong food and missing items alot.

    I went to the drive through on a slow afternoon. The annoying AI order taker repeatedly asked if I wanted a large sized meal, after I said I wanted a medium. Then it pitched a $1. coupon, which I said yes to. I paid cash, got no receipt, no coupon, which I paid for, no ketchup for my fries, ai didn’t ask if I wanted it, no hot sauce for my chili, ai didn’t offer me that either. The food came fast, which is a good thing, but I felt rushed, because they kept pushing the drink at me while I put away my change. Wendy’s was once my go to fast food restaurant, but they skimp so much, for profits that it’s become an unpleasant experience, even if the food is good.

    Used to come to this location in the past quite a bit. Won’t be going back again. The drive through is automated because no one in the store can speak English. So the automated speaker box translates my words into Spanish. But when I asked to speak to a live person, nobody could talk to me when ordering. And inside the store it was worse. Not one English speaker in sight. My order was wrong because of the language barrier. Will NOT come back to this location. There is a new Chick Fil A just down the street. Better food there anyway…and they all speak ENGLISH!
