- NNNo Name2 days ago1.0Stopped by to get a snickerdoodle frosty on our way to the springs, but after getting on the highway, I realized the frosty was the complete opposite of what I tried the day before; it was liquidy and completely melted. I stopped at the Syracuse location, thinking that was the one I bought it at, but when I pulled up to the window, I realized I was at the wrong one. The guy at that location was great, and they were able to remake it and serve a much better quality item. Once I checked the address of the purchase, I figured out it was this location, and I don’t recommend this location. I highly suggest Syracuse if you're in this neighborhood.

Every year I choose a restaurant and get gift cards for a meal on me for all of the children in my family. The parents are delighted not to have to cook. The staff was very nice and patient as we asked for 13 gift cards. Once the purchase was concluded, we were also given some coupons for free frosty's and other items. Great customer service. I'd definitely recommend this location especially for the 5 for$5 deal.
