I got yelled at the lobby is closed and told them I'm got beans when I'm allgieric and ask if I could get remade as I could hear the talking shit in the back or a refund cause I don't feel comfortable anymore with my food . . They give me attitudes and send me husband and they don't give him no problems but once the food is remade it. It's mostly tortilla and less the a 1/2 cup of meat and cheese . I'm so pissed . Not worth the money or the hassle

So when that happened to me I went into the store at Hampden and Tower and was greeted by Isaiah he was working with another woman and they were short-staffed. I presented the issue that I had with my order from the night before on January 18th 2026, and he immediately took care of it. He was so kind and understanding and didn't make me feel bad at all he just fixed the problem and his great customer service meant more to me than ever messing up an order. Thank you so much Isaiah for your great customer service. I told you I would write you a five-star review and I have because you are worth it. Thank you for taking care of the issue and spreading kindness and love. Lynn
