There wasn’t even anyone behind me! When I said I’d just wait, she started arguing with me, insisting I hadn’t waited long enough—even though I literally had to drive there after placing the order. I even offered to park so they could bring it out, but she flat-out refused, saying they had “too many mobiles” and “only three workers.” Then I got the so-called manager’s number, and his response was “Lo siento, no puedo hablar ahora.” Honestly, I doubt that was even the manager. When I stood my ground and refused to drive off, I pointed out it was no different than ordering through the drive-thru in the first place. Her response? She told me to shut up as she closed the window. To make matters worse, when I finally got the food—it was wrong. So let me ask: when does some corporate “timer” become more important than basic customer service and respect? If the staff can’t even step outside because it’s raining, then customers shouldn’t have to pay the price for that. Bottom line: go elsewhere. There are Taco Bells that actually treat customers like people. This one is a joke.
