I come to this location every so often especially night time and the guy that runs the drive thru is very inconsiderate and has no manner towards anyone if you hate your job then leave but thank you for basically throwing my order at me and closing the window on me when I was asking if I could get more napkins and sauces. Total disrespect from this guy. I don’t plan on coming back to this location.

Took sooo long to receive my food. Im assuming the woman who told me to check with the employees because she noticed sitting and waiting for 15 minutes, was an off duty manager because she said they dont like to look at both screens for orders. Actually ridiculous that, that had to happen.

Drive through, mobile ordering with inside or outside pickup, kiosk ordering or counter ordering. Restaurant was recently remodeled, simplified design. Condiments were well stocked. Two order screens were easy to access. Some messes on the floor didn't receive attention during our visit. Two managers were meeting during our time there. Service was quick, accurate and food was as expected. Tried Baja Midnight but would rather have Baja Fresh. $7 luxe seemed just right for variety. As Taco Bells go this visit was good, recommend. They all seem to get the 3.5 to 3.9 rating. I believe the Google hours are wrong.

Im only leaving a review for a young man name Juan. He works the drive through. He hasn't been there long, but dude is Hella funny. Always has a smile. Loves people and made my day today. The first day chicken is not on the menu anymore. The new manager isn't all that bad. She could do better though.

Experience is very freaking horrible to the point that they got my order wrong. I got home and my taco shells were all broken and busted to the point that we just threw it, away $24 down the drain was very horrible. I will be reporting this to customer service so I can get a refund. I did try to physically get a refund with them, but the doors were locked even though there open by the way . I did try to get there attention, but they flat out ignored me. Don’t go here unless you wanted to spend money for nothing. 😡🤮
