  I don't usually write low reviews...but time says they close at 9:30pm- 1 should up at 9:00pm and the doors are locked already. I get the attention of the man up at the front counter and he points at the door as if I was the one who misinterpreted. Ended up having to drive to the Subway on S Reservoir Rd and Quincy Ave, who, despite closing at the same time, managed to get me in. I understand needed a few minutes before closing to do closing procedures, but a half hour early was very excessive and inconvenience me and my time.

  None of the sandwiches were toasted even tho all 3 said "toasted" I had a pick up, my pick up wasn't ready until 18 mins AFTER the pick up time. The lady on register helped people took cash never washed her hands and tried to put on gloves I asked her not to help with my sandwiches if she wasn't going to wash her hands, she YELLED at me saying "IM NOT TOUCHING YOUR FOOD" then walked to the back. Didn't bother washing her hands to help this girl with 6 sandwiches. This is the dirtiest most unprofessional subway ive ever been into. Never again will we be at this store. And I hope other people think twice, these dirty people will get someone sick. She barely tapped the salt and pepper shakers together so not even the whole sandwiches got salt and pepper. Things were falling apart, entirely too much of the veggies even the ones we specifically asked for lesser amount. Just gross all the way around

  Very slow, very rude. Girl on register never washed her hands then tried to assist with my already very late online order. Placed 2 online orders came to pick up one sat for over 15 mins while the 2nd order has barely been started. I will never return to this location! I actually thought my order was placed or the nicer cleaner location down the street. My mistake for not double checking address. Unclean, unprofessional, slow, rude

  I went to this location July 2025. It was honestly a very efficient and good experience. I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this store. It was a clean store, the service was quick and courteous, and the food looks great! Bread is soft, ingredients look fresh, sandwich is well put together. I did not catch the name of the person who served me, but she was great! Not terribly talkative, but efficient with her job and still very kind. Don’t be afraid of this location, give it a fair chance! (And maybe choose the times you visit more wisely. I went in the mid afternoon…you should EXPECT slower service if you go during a dinner rush.)
