    Stood there for 10 minutes in an empty store while the woman working made what I can assume to be a full family’s mobile order since she didn’t say anything whatsoever and then afterwards still standing there ready to order she walks over looks at me apparently cant talk to me over the music in her earbuds and then proceeds to start pulling out multiple footlongs. Just left at that point. Magically learned how to use her voice and then told me to have a good day

    My wife and I went last Friday on 2/13. Stef's behavior was unprofessional and absolutely inappropriate. We could not understand most of what she was saying because she mumbled every question about how we wanted our sandwiches made and then became frustrated when we asked again since we couldn't hear her the first time. Side note: she didn't even toast my wife's bread all the way. She stopped the oven after only 10 seconds which DEFINITELY affected the quality of the food. At checkout, she just asked, "sandwiches?" and I was so confused until my wife realized she meant she was asking us if we just wanted the sandwiches or a meal. I pulled out a coupon and she very rudely told us "we don't take coupons. Do it for online orders." and just stared at us until we could finally decipher what she was saying. The coupon SPECIFICALLY says that they were not eligible for online orders, which is the only reason that we decided to order at the counter in the first place. I have used coupons at this store before and have been served by great people, up until today. I paid using a gift card and she said, "it went through but there's 13 left." I thought she meant 13 DOLLARS, since she didn't specify whether it was dollars or cents, and she just gave us a blank empty-minded stare until we figured the math out on our own. We asked if she could give us the original total again to make sure we had things right and she just laughed and said "oh I forgot!" I tapped my card for 13 cents, took the food and left. When we got home, the bread tasted stale and the sauce was sour. Couldn't even fill the survey out on the receipt because this store does not appear on Subway's site. Will definitely be reaching out to corporate/store manager because this was a complete waste of a gift card, time, and energy.

    Horrible customer service. Didn’t have half the items for a sandwich that they advertised. Complaining about having to warm up the meat when we didn’t want the bread toasted. Also didn’t have the right sauce for the sandwiches. Rude ppl.

    lady didn’t ask me what kind of bread i wanted just stated putting the meat on there i got ham and cheese i got to work and the sandwich smelled funny i opened it up had tuna in the lettuce super pissed

    unfriendly and not accommodating at all. put the wrong sauce and did not change it for me. refused to give me extra veggies. love subway tho
