When I got there, there was only one other customer and my order was just sitting in a pile of other mobile orders not made. They then said my order would be ready in 5 minutes but then I watched them make four other sandwiches and restock vegetables all while I was still waiting for my food, especially when the order was placed an hour before. What is the point of ordering ahead on the app when I still have to wait 10-15 minutes in the store when they already had 40 minutes to make my order? I was extremely disappointed with my visit today.
