    I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!! Ever since the Sub Crunch promotion came out, I’ve been ordering the same sub. It’s essentially identical to the “Cheesy Garlic” sub — I simply add lettuce, pickles, and spinach. I’ve ordered it this way multiple times at this location without any issues. Today, however, the employee making my sub told me he couldn’t prepare it that way. He said that at this location, those additions are only allowed on specialty subs. I explained that I had ordered the exact same sub just two days ago (and many times before) without any problem. He responded that this was what the manager had instructed. I’ve never been told this before, and my sub has always been made the same way since the Sub Crunch promotion began. Because of this experience, I decided not to complete my order — I had planned to purchase two large drinks, two chips, and cookies as well. I would appreciate clarification on whether this is an actual policy. If so, it would be helpful for all employees to be consistently trained so customers receive clear and consistent information. I would like this situation resolved.

    Came here on 2/24 around 530 pm. The guy behind the counter refused to put subcrunch on my sandwich. He claimed his managers wouldnt allow him even though I was here two days ago and they did it with no issue. They've also gotten rid of flatbreads and replaced them with wraps. I'm not sure how that's supposed to be the same thing?

    Food was good. The subway isn't great. I bought 3 sandwiches to get the 4th free but the app said I only bought 2. Staff wasn't knowledgeable about why

    The two girls working at 1/7 just refused to do their jobs, lol. I get fast food can be stressful, but it was the only one there, and they didn't do the bare minimum of checking their own system. To preface, I had a gift card that was printed out with a QR code. It works, and I know it does because not two weeks ago, I came in the EXACT same store, and the guy working there (shout-out to whoever that was, love you), went into his system and scanned the QR code and it worked perfectly. These ladies did not take the 2 seconds he did. They looked at it and then looked me dead in my face and said, "Those don't work here". Hello? They do, unless I'm a schizo and I made it up in my head. They didn't do the bare minimum, they just wanted to stand there and talk about whatever their husbands did last night or whatever. And then their stupid kiosk had the gall to ask for a tip. If you're not doing anything, there's no excuse to not take 2 seconds of your day to do what the last guy did. They're just lazy, plain and simple. Sucks for sure.
