  Literally can't get the order right almost ever than have the audacity to be rude about it repeatedly. These people are the worst I have ever seen hands down. Don't bother, you won't even get what you ordered

  Esta tienda es un asco la verdad , toman alrededor de 20 minutos para entregarte la orden, TODO ES UN JUEGO EN LA COCINA! Atienden a quien ellos quieran!

  Mozzarella sticks (six piece) weren't melted/lukewarm, only one was melted. I spit the last one out. Nasty. They looked pale as well. Asked for four ranches and the lady taking my order spoke bad English. I received two ranches and then a different lady when I asked for the two missing ranches stated that they cost extra and she wouldn't swallow the mistake. No apologies. Burger looked messy but tasted good (the only reason this is bumped to a two star review). All in all, this location pales in comparison to Parker, where the cheese sticks are always melted perfectly and you can understand what the staff is saying. Don't go here.

  I arrived at Sonic with the intention of redeeming my birthday reward through the drive-thru, but unfortunately, I was informed that it could only be processed online. The employee who took my order around 6 PM on February 7th was rather impolite. The manager also stated that she was unable to process my order and advised me to place it online. This required me to spend additional time placing my online order and then waiting for what should have been a simple transaction. I was quite disappointed with the customer service I received on my birthday, and as a result, I will not be returning.
