I asked her again if it was just cooked from the broiler, and she said yes. After I got my order, I checked my sandwich (burger), and the meet was not even warm. I'm not happy with the service they gave to the customers. We are paying for the food;we are not asking for free food.

We do that to at my job but not with a hot mic or in customer view. It’s also more expensive than In-n-out. I can’t support a business running like this. And part of the reason that employee stopped caring is because of bad pay or bad management. Either way it’s an absolute fail from every single corner.

So then I said to myself, well I am hungry... So I chose to eat the undercooked cheese sticks and cold cheeseburger. Every single time I have thrown up.
