    I came to pick up an order I placed online. I was told I had to come in and sign because it was through doordash! New news to me I've never had to do this before. Im not sure id Adalia thought I was actually doordshing for money, but I kept trying to explain my 9-5 job paid for the meal for its employees and I dont have a way to confirm the order. She proceeded to get hostile and slam my food and drinks on the counter. Very unprofessional in a customer's face. I dont care if I was an actual doordasher you dont treat people this way. Unacceptable. I won't be coming back to this location no matter if it's my own money or my job paying for it.

    I have worked in customer service for many years and honestly this interaction had me pretty annoyed and frustrated. I had placed an online order of two Oreo cheesecake milk shakes, I had then drove only 5 minutes to pick them up and I had gotten a confirmation for the order pickup saying 8:28pm I had gotten there at 8:34pm and unfortunately I did not have great cell service so it took about 4 minutes or so for me to be able to access my order to update I was there. After a brief minute I was the handed my milkshakes no problem. I unfortunately wasn’t able to try them until I got home, I took literally one sip and immediately went to spit out the taste of what expired milk would taste like, not only that the milkshakes were almost complete liquid (mind you I have order this milkshake since I was a kid and this has never happened) I then had lifted up my cup to look at the bottom and there was I believe to be flavoring I’m not sure just all at the bottom causing the milkshake to curdle, I didn’t really want to create an issue about going back or even complaining but it has been a very stressful week and this was something that was going to make the start of my weekend better so i decided to call. When they answered the phone I told them what had happened and asked for a remake or refund and they said since I had chosen the flavor of this milkshake that, that was not going to happen. I then still proceeded to explain that this has never Happened ever and the milkshake was curdling and then they proceeded to put us on hold to talk to someone. When they took me off hold I got told again that, that was impossible, and they said the machine was just cleaned and that I took to long to get my milkshakes and that’s why they were the way they were, like I said before never have I ever had this happen even when placing an order to a further sonic where it has sat longer! I just genuinely think this location has a problem making this shake since they have so many people complaining. This is my first complaint about sonic and I just hope they will see this and decide to do better.
