Several customers are standing in line with no information, no acknowledgment, and no signage explaining the delay. This is unacceptable for a store of this size and reputation. Guest Services is supposed to help customers efficiently, not leave them waiting indefinitely without any explanation. Situations like this should not happen. I expect this to be addressed and for staffing and service at this location to be improved.

There are nice people in every area, who know the answers you need. I especially enjoy the fresh fruit and vegetables, particularly sweet tango apples.

I was a bit unfamiliar with how to go about taking advantage of the sale because it required doing something called “clipping digital coupon coupons, requiring the use of my iPhone and the Safeway app. One of the staff was very helpful and patient in providing instructions. The butchers were very helpful. Once they learned how the large roast was going to be used, it helped them know how it was to be cut and wrapped.

- JLJustified LifeDec 18, 20251.0I can never get a manger on the phone to ask them to cary pint size buttermilk for making Hidden Valley Ranch dressing, so I will stop buying mayo, buttermilk, and the Ranch mix packets. I have asked corporate 3x about carrying smaller pint size buttermilk to no avail. So I have let Hidden Valley know I wont be using packets anymore unless they demand stores carry smaller less expensive size. I hate the bottled, so I won't be buying that either. I refuse to bay $2.50 to get 1 cup of butter milk for the packet recipe, then throw the rest down the drain.
