Decent store. The produce and deli sections have gone down in quality and services over the last year. It is more of my go to store for quick trips.

I was looking for Piloncillo, for 30 min approximately I went to ask a couple people who work here and they didn’t know or they was too busy for help me but this employee knew exactly where it was and told me before we find that I was going to have the last one, excellent customer service ❤️

I grocery pickups once a week in the area. Their "DriveUp & Go" pickup is the best. It's better than Walmart, it's better than King Soopers. Their app is better too.

I expect nothing, but this supposed to be shared publicly. Everyone needs to know I shopped at the store. I am currently authorized for snap benefits I swiped my card to pay for my purchases. It said not authorized. I respectfully asked for the assistance of a nearby worker who came over and I asked now why isn’t this accepting my stamp card I have funds on it. It’s saying not authorized the store associate home later. I could only believe must have been upper management because they proceeded to walk into the Customer Service area to proceed with their duties good one I prompted this clerk three more times telling them that is the stores responsibility to be duly informed on questions regarding snap benefits, especially with the question of why isn’t my card working when I have benefits on it all three times the associate said I quote I don’t know. I asked for help from Management. I don’t know. I walked away all three times now I’m not even gonna talk about the pure unacceptable Customer Service. This is but by law this store is required to keep all of their employees updated on general questions regarding snap benefits, but for a top associate to say repeatedly, I don’t know they need to have their doors locked with padlocks that’s how interested they are in serving their less than fortunate community. They don’t deserve to be in business at the very least they need to have their license to accept snap benefits revoked. I don’t think that I’m being unfair in this review whatsoever if I had asked one time that may be one thing, but this store associate had multiple opportunities to understand that the customer needed some help and urdently refused to lift a finger. This took place Monday, 27 October approximately 9:30 AM this store needs to track down employees that were working and deal with them according to store policy for arrogantly walking away three times from a customer that has 100% legitimate question as to why they are having to pay for their food out-of-pocket when they have a perfectly legitimate snap benefit card that is not being accepted. They’re lucky I don’t try to sue.

I've shopped here for years but never will again!
I left a bag at the register with non parashable purchased items. Went back 6 days later to be told, yes we had it. We keep all lost and found here behind the desk. He looks and then tells me, it's not here. So what your telling me you had it and now it's gone, so one of your employees stole it?? His response was, I guess, sorry.
So, if you leave anything at this store, employees are free to take it.
You responded to share on your site and I obviously that did nothing because I did that the same day I left this review.
I asked for an email response and no one has responded or reached out!!
