First bad experience was a bad cucumber It was soft and not usable. No big deal and not worth the hassle to go back right away to exchange. Next experience, I ordered bread and it was not added to my order and I had to go back the next day. The next happened when I ordered cookies and a block of cheese. They didn’t send the cookies and they didn’t give me the sale price on the cheese. I returned the cheese and only got a partial refund. I loved the idea of ordering on line and picking it up, it was so convenient. Not any more. I have to go back time and time again to get the right items I ordered and now the refund that didn’t make me whole. I am done shopping at this Safeway for drive up and go. Kings is the same distance and I’ll give them a try.

If I’m an inconvenience to your employees, then they should really consider seeking employment in another field of work beside retail/customer service.

The parking lot needs repaved but that is probably an issue with the property land lord and not the store. Also the restrooms need remodeling. I sometimes miss working for the Colfax and Ironton store that's now Lowe's Mercado.
