Nothing else I ate that day was unusual. I’ve been to this location many times over the years, but the quality has clearly gone downhill. Two weeks ago I skipped the guacamole because it was brown and watery-looking, which was already a red flag. This isn’t a “mistakes happen” situation — this is a failure of basic food quality and care. Ownership and management should be embarrassed that food like this is being served. If corporate actually monitors reviews, they should take this seriously. Customers shouldn’t have to gamble with their health eating here. Others deserve to be aware.
